Rix White is the Data Systems Manager for Youth Bridge, Inc., working with Free Software Developer Justin Doiel to develop, implement and maintain OpenEMR as an EMR for Youth Bridge targeting mental health services being funded by Arkansas Medicaid, private insurance, for-a-fee, and several locak, private, state and federal grants.
