Need to add Z&H Healthcare, VicarePlus (Selvi, etc), Ensoftek, MMF, Phyaura.

Copyright assignment doesn't really protect the individuals. Second, it is rather a moot point since we don't have contact with all the copyright holders, I don't think. Also, everywhere I've seen copyright assignment implemented, it involved legal paperwork; a disclaimer generally isn't sufficient. If we wanted to do copyright assignment, we should investigate and follow the practices of the FSF, Nokia (the part that was formerly TrollTech), or possibly the Android project. I'm not incredibly warm to the idea of copyright assignment generally, but I could possibly be convinced with a strong argument and some contractual guarantees. (How the FSF does copyright assignment, Why the FSF does copyright assignment, Nokia actually doesn't require copyright assignment, Android doesn't either, but requires a you to BSD-style license the code to them) --Boyd Stephen Smith Jr. 00:01, 5 February 2011 (UTC)

Those weird email addresses are probably an attempt to prevent email harvest by SPAMmers, particularly those using automated methods. I'd prefer my address not be obfuscated like that; please change it back to looking like a real email address. --Boyd Stephen Smith Jr. 09:46, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
